Making awesome BBQ, comfort foods, and memories for over 25 years, we specialize in Pig Roasts, BBQ ribs, chicken, and brisket. All in our portable smoker rig, itself is quite the showstopper!

We make other food as well. Want a pasta dish of some kind, lobsters, or a killer chili? No issue! Have other ideas for your menu? Let’s talk and we can likely get it done.

Every menu item we provide is homemade, just for your special event. Which means we control the ingredients. Concerned about glutens, or something that may be too spicy, or looking for some vegetarian options? We can handle that. Your menu is fully customized to your needs, and budget.
