A pig roast, (1 small pig) will feed a minimum of about 40 people. We can go up from there, but if your party is smaller than 40 people, talk to us about better options.
Absolutely! We often have clients that want to make their own side dishes, or have their quests supply different items.
Get out the umbrellas! Once the food is cooking, we are committed. The leftovers are for after the party. In some rare occasions we are able to change the date with enough notice, but this is not guaranteed.
No, we do not. I have enough drinking buddies. All of our meat comes from USDA-inspected sources.
